How To Register?

We are excited that you’ve decided to start your Changemaker Journey. Follow the following 3 simple steps to participate in ICO

Note that students can register their team for the Olympiad independently even if their school hasn’t registered for the Olympiad.

Step 1​

Form a team of minimum 2 and maximum 4 members with your friends. They can be from your school, or from another school, but you all have to fall in the same “Category”.

Category 1: 6th, 7th & 8th class
Category 2: 9th & 10th class
Category 3: 11th & 12th class 

Make sure each team member has their parents’ consent. 

Step 2

Fill the registration form for your team.

If your team has filled a physical registration form in school, then you don’t need to fill it here again.

Great! Now, to complete your registration, pay the registration fee as per the categorisation below:

Registration Fee Details

Teams from Regular Schools
Teams from Budget Schools
A Regular School is one with Fee more than ₹18,000/year or ₹1,500/month
A Budget School is one with Fee less than ₹18,000/year or ₹1,500/month
Registration Fee: ₹4,000/team

Subsidised Fee: ₹2000/team

Your Team Saves: ₹ 2,000 (50%)
Registration Fee: ₹ 4,000/team

Subsidised Fee: ₹200/team

Your Team Saves: ₹ 3,800 (95%)
NOTE: ₹ 2,000 is the registration fee for the entire team, which comes out to ₹ 500-1000 per student (depending on the number of team members). Only 1 person from a team should make the payment for the entire team. You can then settle it later amongst yourself.
NOTE: ₹ 200 is the registration fee for the entire team, which comes out to ₹ 50-100 per student (depending on the number of team members). Only 1 person from a team should make the payment for the entire team. You can then settle it later amongst yourself.

Note: Please ensure that you pay the fee under the right bracket. You could be asked to submit a copy of the fee structure.

Once you follow all the above mentioned steps, you’ll be then assigned a mentor for your team who will contact you soon, tell you how to get started, and will mentor you throughout the period of the Olympiad. 

Note that your parents will need to sign a “Parent Consent Form” at this stage, that will be sent to you by your mentor, after which you can start your initiative.
